While constructing his unique island hideaway, Suresh was much concerned about the environmental sustainability - so he built one cottage for two guests on one acre of land area. There are no other inhabitants in the island.
The house is designed and built according to Vasthu - an ancient Indian knowledge of Architecture. The south end of the island is retained as a natural habitat for birds. It has mangrove trees and some medicinal plants.
