Oottupura The specialty non-smoking restaurant and bar with its grand cuisine and exotic buffets. Open from 11am to 11pm.
Maikhana The Cocktail lounge. The bar serving mouthwatering cocktails with a generous dash of the backwater view. Smoking is permitted in this lounge.
URU Multi-Cuisine Restaurant. The breathtaking view from the multi-cuisine restaurant that serves authentic malabar delicacies & cuisine as well as continental, Indian and Chinese cuisine adds to the experience of fine dining. Open from 11am-3pm, 7pm-11pm.
OLAPPURA The Coffee Shop. Built with thatched roofs made from palm fronds in true malabar style, serving breakfast and fast foods, the coffee shop overlooks the serene backwaters of Malabar and the swimming pool.

Swimming Pools: We have a large swimming pool with it's own ozone treatment plant, a Jacuzzi and a small paddling pool for kids.
Fitness Centre: For the fitness freaks, we have a fully equipped gym for workouts. Also Tennis court & Basketball to expend extra energy. There is also a Jogging Track by the river side.
Ayurveda Centre: Green Leaf status, a Kerala Govt. recognition for quality, purity and authentic ayurvedic rejuvenation.
Fishing: Along the river bank. To unwind, lounging in the sun or shade is recommended. There are a host of indoor games like snooker, carom, chess, table tennis and even a special play area for kids.
